• Returns & Refunds

  Unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety, opened products cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.

• Exchanges

  If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
